Returns & Exchanges
If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, all product(s)
can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us at
+92 303 3332188 (between 09:00 am to 05:30 pm) and we will arrange a pickup from the original Shipping Address you
provided at the time of placing your order. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Complaints
If you have any complaints regarding your order, we will
exchange or refund the product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of
manufacturing defect or shipping error on our Team’s part. In such a situation,
please contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected
products at cs@namsports.com or by calling us at +92 303 3332188 (between 09:00 am to 05:30 pm) within 07 days of
purchase and we will arrange a collection from the shipping address mentioned
at the time of placing your original order.
Refunds
Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used
in the original transaction. For COD orders a cheque will be sent to the
initial order’s billing address via courier.
Order Cancellation
You may choose to cancel your order any time before the
order is processed, kindly contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy
to update you on the order status and process a cancellation accordingly.
However, if the order has already been processed, you will
receive a notification of the same via SMS/Email and the 'Return and Exchange
Policy' will apply accordingly. Furthermore, NAM SPORTS holds the right to
cancel orders for any reason including but not limited to quality concerns,
suspicious account activity or if the item ordered is not available in stock.
